First dive

A first dive cannot be told, it must be lived. Your first dive takes place in the warm and clear waters of Rangiroa lagoon, between 3 and 6 metres, closely supervised by your instructor, at your own pace.

No experience is required. We adapt each entry to your comfort, and you discover what makes the ocean unique here: exceptional visibility and particularly rich marine life.

How does it go?

1. In the lagoon, 3 to 6 metres

   The entry takes place in the calm waters of the lagoon, never directly in the pass. Expect 35 to 40 minutes underwater.

2. What you see down there

   The tropical fish of the reef, and sometimes a few small sharks. A protected setting, and the time to find your bearings at your own pace.

3. Your comfort decides what comes next

   Safety comes before the programme: the dive adapts to you, never the other way round.

Good to know

• From 8 years old

  An uncertified child can try a first dive from the age of 8.

• Medical certificate from 60

  Required for any diver aged 60 or over.

• No experience required

  Every entry is adapted to your comfort.
